Well, it’s Sunday night and the wedding is over. The post-wedding BBQ was on today and that’s now finished too. I believe it’s safe to declare the entire weekend as a huge success. The bride was beautiful and her groom scrubbed up pretty well also.
The ceremony was well done and not too long, but the real fun was at the reception. Yummy food, nice wine, rocking music, lots of dancing, wonderful company and an excellent venue all helped to make one very cool party.
As per usual, I went beserk with the camera and ended up with about 700 photos at the end of the night. About 100 were not worth a second look and got deleted immediately, but there were some pretty good ones in the remaining 600 (if I do say so myself!). I was very upset that we couldn’t make the wedding, however, illness struck the whole family down and left us bed ridden and germy.
