Let’s see how powerful “word of mouth” is to spread the news about bad customer service.
A friend of mine, who shall remain nameless, has recently had a nasty time trying to get a refund from a well known online cosmetics store, in particular, strawberrynet.com. The problem started because she was sent the wrong product. She emailed the store immediately and it supplied a return postal address and promised a full refund (as per its returns policy). The goods were returned by post and no refund eventuated.
After more emailing, SN claim the package never arrived and has refused to refund the cost of the product.
The saga continues…

We went for a considerable ride around Lysterfield Park (site of the Commonwealth Games MTB track) today. Now i’m buggered, I thought it was supposed to be fun!

I just had a thought. in my last post, i wrote that i would “keep you posted”. I’m just wondering who i was directing that statement to, considering no one reads this silly blog.
Oh well, at least i’m having fun.
It appears we may have had a breakthrough in the house hunting caper. We looked at a place today that is under construction but the plans look good, and the price is right. It’s in Wantirna South which is nice and close to the mountain biking!
Will keep you posted on further developments.
